Courses & workshops: stained glass, fusion, casting, jewellerymaking (beadmaking & fusion)
Courses
Every third week of the month I teach different glass techniques. The workshops and courses are open to beginners and more advanced glass workers. Lessons are from 10.00 tot 14.00 (no lessons on wednesday). First you start with a basic course in the technique you desire to learn. After that you can continue on an hourly basis, a daycard, a 2 day course or a 4 day course, according to your plans and desires. You are also welcome to continue through private lessons. Scedual: mo,tu,th,fr 10.00 – 14.00 hours.
Stained glass & Fusion: In 4 days you create a small stained glass window according to your own design, or a fused piece of glass (and several checkout tiles).
Sandcasting in oven: In 2 days you create 3 small objects of glass that are ‘casted’ in the oven, through the technique of sandcasting. You start with creating 3 objects in clay for this purpose. Call or mail for workshop dates.
Jewellery: In a workshop from 3 hours to 2 days you can create the most wonderful glass jewellery. A unique opportunity to show your true colours! You can either stick to beadmaking (making beads in the open flame, 3 hours or a day) or extend to creating pendants through fusion in addition to the beadmaking (1,5 day workshop).
